Questions
Before you ask.
How much space do you need?
At least 10 by 10 feet. That gives room for the booth and for guests to gather around it.
Is an attendant included?
Yes. A professional attendant is with the booth for the whole event, running it and helping guests.
How do guests get their photos?
Three ways, and you choose when you book. Prints come out of the booth on the spot. Images are delivered digitally. A private gallery link lets you view, download and share everything after the event. Pick any of them, or all three.
Can we customize the prints?
Yes. Layouts, colors, themes and your logo or text on every print.
What is the setup like?
We deliver, set up and break down. Setup takes up to 60 minutes. We arrive early so the booth is ready before your first guest is.
How long can we book for?
Bookings start at three hours. Weddings run four, corporate days run eight. Extra hours are $450 an hour beyond your package, arranged in advance or during the event.
What power do you need?
One standard power outlet and access to WiFi. That is all the booth asks of the venue.
Do you travel outside San Antonio?
Yes, with a little coordination. Travel fees vary by location and the details of the trip, so tell us where and we will work it out with you.
How do payment and cancellation work?
A signed agreement and a [50%] retainer of the package total reserve your date. The retainer is non-refundable, because we turn other inquiries away once your date is held, and the date is not held until payment arrives. The balance is due [21 days] before the event; if it goes unpaid, the date may be released and the retainer retained. Cancel more than [60 days] out and we refund everything paid above the retainer. Between [30 and 60 days], we refund [50%] of payments above the retainer. Under [30 days], payments are non-refundable. Need to move instead? One free reschedule to a date within [12 months], subject to availability, with at least [30 days] notice, and your payments carry over. If severe weather, disaster, venue closure, government order or something similar prevents the event, we reschedule first at no penalty, and if no new date works within [12 months], we refund payments above the retainer. And if we ever cancel for reasons within our control, we refund everything you have paid.
Proposed terms, being finalized by the owners.
Tell us about your event.
One of the three founders reads it and gets back to you about your date.
